Textpattern 4.0

As of this last weekend, Textpattern is officially in it’s first public release. It is labelled 4.0 rather than the more normal and boring 1.0 but we can thank our lucky stars that it wasn’t given a stupid name, you know, like a type of cat!

Thankfully upgrading has been so slick and easy that without this post you would never know. I actually did the upgrade while getting ready to go out for the day. It took less time than lacing my boots for work!
