Mozilla 1.3
Hi there, I have recently started to view the web using Mozilla. I am finding that it's implementation of the various standards is superior to the offering from Microsoft. The effect that I have just added to this page does not work under IE at all. If you are using IE, the image behind this text should be perfectly aligned with the outside image, not only that, it should stay locked in position when you scroll. Even Netscape's latest version shows this properly though I hasten to add that I am not a fan of the program. Mozilla is free and seems to be the most 'Standards-compliant' browser available right now. As you can see by the link on the right, I have thoroughly checked all the code for this page. Any strange display is down to poor browser design! Netscape is based upon an earlier version of Mozilla but it has been tweaked. I urge you to try it and you can get it Here!
Go ahead, make my day!
(If you are using IE, may I apologise for the strange look to this page. You'll have to get used to it as more of the pages are updated to the latest standards)

Spineless Frogs / Frog lovers!
Somebody, who prefered to remain nameless, left a comment on my wife's blog today. They seem to have taken exception to her comments about the French and their part (or lack) in the war effort. Judging by their grammar, it would be a good bet that this person is French or young and naive. Whoever they were, to use the 'C' word against Robin cannot be forgiven. Keeping a Blog is all about expressing ones opinion and inviting discussion from ones readers. I welcome comments that go against my views and only ask that such replies are well thought out. Childish and offensive remarks might be wiped from the record. At least have the balls to identify yourself so as to be able to carry on the discourse!

I'll finish with a quote atributed to Ross Perot during the last Gulf War:
"Going to war without France is like going deer hunting without your
accordion."

Bible-Basher part 2
Phelps, himself, never showed up! The big chicken! Luckily for us, he did send a little group of his pondlife supporters. We went and looked at them and had a good laugh. Later I should be posting a few photos of these idiots, right here! Stay tuned

This site looks best using the latest version of Mozilla or Netscape for Windows or the latest Internet Explorer for the Mac. For the time being, Internet Explorer for Windows is not a standards compliant browser and will not show these pages as designed. It will show all the content so if you are using IE for Win' you'll just be missing some clever layouts and effects.
